Kelly Conroy is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in leadership communications and HR operations. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Communications at AIG since June 2021, Kelly is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of HR and Legal communications. Previously held various roles at GE from 1997 to 2021, including Director of People Operations Communications, where Kelly directed communications planning for HR shared services, and developed multi-channel communication plans for U.S. payroll, benefits, and healthcare programs. Kelly's early career at GE also included leading web-based employee engagement initiatives and managing communications campaigns to support new health plans. A graduate of The College of Saint Rose with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, Kelly combines a strong educational background with a proven track record in collaborative and strategic communication efforts.
