Multinational Insurance Account Management

Lee Okan has extensive experience in financial case management and insurance account coordination. At the Financial Ombudsman Service from March 2009 to March 2012, Lee Okan worked as a Financial Case Handler, adjudicating complaints from the public and small businesses, and facilitating communication between clients and companies to reach resolutions. Since November 2012, Lee Okan has been employed at AIG in multinational insurance account management, where responsibilities include addressing specific client insurance and re-insurance needs across various sectors, including financial lines, property, casualty, marine, energy, aviation, and health. Lee Okan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Middlesex University and has completed GCSEs at King Harold GM School and a GNVQ in Information Technology/Business Studies at Epping Forest College.
