Lee Stacey

Lee Stacey is currently the Head of Client and Broker Engagement at AIG, a position they have held since 2024. With a career spanning three decades, Lee has held various roles, including Chief Broking Officer at Aon and Head of Casualty at ACE/Chubb. Throughout their career, Lee has demonstrated leadership skills and achieved significant colleague engagement scores while managing teams and responsibilities across multiple organizations. Lee is passionate about people development, founding the Insurance Young Guns U35 career network, which engages over 400 members, and has provided coaching and mentoring for various organizations.
