Lisa Lal serves as the Head of International TPA Governance at AIG since August 2022, having previously held the position of Head of Claims Operations at PIB Group and European Claims Operations at Chubb. With a strong background in governance process redesign and strategic programme delivery across UK&I and Continental Europe, Lisa collaborates with claims directors to enhance operational models. Prior to these roles, Lisa was involved in strategic and operational management at NHS Resolution and enriched experience as a solicitor at NHS Litigation Authority and McMillan Williams, specializing in complex healthcare cases. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Kent, a Legal Practice Course from the College of Law Guildford, a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
