Lison Grappin

Lison Grappin is a fully qualified actuary with an Executive MBA, currently serving as the Head of Actuarial for France, Belgium, and Luxembourg at AIG. Prior to this role, they held various positions at AIG, including Pricing Actuarial Manager for Commercial Property and Actuarial Lead for All Lines. Lison has also gained experience in taxation statistics at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance and in risk pricing at AXA Global P&C. They contributed to significant projects in the insurance sector, including profitability studies and pricing tool development, while actively participating in management committees and industry events.
