Michael Drobac

Michael Drobac brings extensive experience in legal, compliance, and regulatory roles within prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Director of Global Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory at AIG since 2014, Drobac previously held the position of Vice President of Making Home Affordable Compliance at Freddie Mac from 2009 to 2014. Drobac also contributed to Merrill Lynch from 2001 to 2008 as Chief Privacy Officer and Director of Business Risk Management, following a tenure as Vice President in Corporate Audit (International and US) at the same company from 1994 to 2000. Early in the career, Drobac worked at KPMG as Senior Manager for both Consulting and Audit from 1986 to 1994. Drobac holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
