Michaël Guedj has over a decade of experience in sales and business development within the insurance industry. They held various leadership roles at AXA Assistance, including Senior National Sales Manager from 2017 to 2019, and served as Vice President of Business Development and Sales at XN Worldwide Insurance from 2019 to 2023. Having begun their career as a consultant at Aon Consulting in 2007, Michaël also contributed to AIG as Regional Sales Director and Distribution Leader for Eastern Canada. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Université du Québec à Montréal between 2002 and 2005.
