Michael Turnbull

Michael Turnbull is the Global Head of M&A Insurance at AIG, specializing in transaction liability solutions such as warranty and indemnity insurance and tax liability insurance. With extensive experience as a corporate solicitor qualified in both England & Wales and Hong Kong, Michael transitioned to underwriting in 2011, becoming the first underwriter in the M&A insurance sector based in Asia. They have led M&A underwriting teams across Asia-Pacific, North America, and the UK, and previously served as Global Chief Underwriting Officer for AIG's M&A insurance business.
