Michael Werner, ARM, is currently the AVP Claims Sourcing Manager at AIG, where they lead the development of claims vendor panels and manage sourcing analysts. Previously, they held various roles at Tokio Marine Management, Inc., and ADP, including Senior Claims Specialist and Lead Claims Examiner. Michael's background in claims management is supported by a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and an Associate in Risk Management from AICPCU. Their extensive experience includes overseeing claims, managing relationships with policyholders, and conducting complex financial analyses.
