Michelle Pinch

Michelle Pinch is a UK Governance Controls Manager with extensive experience in claims assessment and governance. Michelle began their career as a Claims Assessor at Direct Line and continued in similar roles at Zenith Insurance UK. Subsequently, Michelle held various positions at 1st CENTRAL, including Claims Operations Controller and Claims Supervisor. Most recently, Michelle served at AIG from 2017 to 2022, where they excelled as a UK Governance Controls Manager and Senior Quality Assurance and Risk Officer.
