Naoto Uda is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Corporate Officer and Regional Human Resources Lead at AIG Japan Holdings since September 2019, Naoto Uda also holds a non-executive director position at AIG Harmony Inc. Prior to AIG, Naoto Uda spent over nineteen years at UBS, culminating as Managing Director and Head of Human Resources for Japan, while also leading APAC Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Foundational HR experience was gained at Fujitsu Limited, where Naoto Uda progressed from Junior HR Business Partner to Team Leader over a decade. Naoto Uda holds a degree in Business Commerce from Keio University.
