Nathan Carter

Nathan Carter possesses extensive experience in the insurance and brokerage industry, currently serving as Broker & Market Leader for the Southwest Market and Managing Director for the Southwest Zone at AIG since October 2021. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership to execute regional strategies for business growth and retention. Prior to AIG, Nathan spent over a decade at Chubb, progressing from Assistant Vice President to Sr. Business Development Manager, where notable achievements included generating over $6 million in new business annually and managing substantial profitable accounts. Earlier roles at Burns & Wilcox and Farmers Insurance provided foundational experience in underwriting, marketing, and project management. Nathan holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.
