Nicole Spada

Nicole Spada is currently the Director of the Global Controls Office at AIG, where they define and implement a comprehensive Risk and Controls Governance Framework. They previously held key leadership roles at American Express, including Director of Accounting & Reporting and Director of the SOX Program Office, where they significantly improved internal control processes. Nicole began their career at KPMG US as an Assurance Manager, managing global audit engagements. They hold a BBA/MBA in Accounting from Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
