Oussama Bchenati, Ph.D., is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various roles within AIG and i2. Starting as an HR Generalist at i2, Oussama progressed to multiple HR leadership positions at AIG, including roles as Human Resources Business Partner for several regions such as Pakistan, Egypt, UAE, Sri Lanka, and MENA. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for GCC & North Africa since January 2022, Oussama holds an extensive academic background with degrees in Business Administration, Business Computing, General Management (MBA), and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management.
