Prior roles include Strategy Director for Consumer Regions and Director of Capital Management and Intercompany Reinsurance, where significant programs were designed to maximize capital efficiency across complex structures. Previous experience includes consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and Accenture, with a strong emphasis on risk and strategy management, project management, and systems implementation. Patrick holds a BA in Economics from William & Mary and an MA in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University.
