Paul Tyrrell is a senior transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in operational excellence, customer experience, and service design within the financial services sector. Previously, they served as Head of Customer Experience at Permanent TSB and held multiple leadership positions at KBC Bank Ireland, including Head of Operational Excellence. Paul has been a Business Process Architect at AIG since 2026 and earned an MA in International Relations from the University of Durham. They are also pursuing a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School, set to be completed in 2025.
