Penny Shaw

Penny Shaw is an accomplished professional serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director for AIG UK, Assured Guaranty International, Zurich Assurance Limited, Catalina UK, and Aspen Managing Agency. Previously, Penny held the position of Group Chief Risk Officer at Chaucer Syndicates Ltd and Hiscox, and served as Group Chief Risk Officer at The Hanover Insurance Group until its sale. With a strong background in actuarial science, Penny is a qualified actuary and a Chartered Director, having gained extensive expertise in risk management and capital modeling throughout their career. Currently, Penny is furthering education at The Open University.
