Peter Makohon

Peter Makohon serves as the Global Head of Cyber Threat Management and Security Remediation at AIG since January 2021, overseeing strategic direction for anticipating and managing cyber threats. Prior experience includes positions as Chief Cyber Security Strategist and Global Head of Cyber Threat Management at Wells Fargo, where significant contributions included building a high-performing cybersecurity team and setting corporate cyber defense strategies. Peter also held leadership roles at Deloitte and Wells Fargo, focusing on cybersecurity innovation and threat management solutions. Earlier career highlights include strategic IT roles at Electronic Data Systems, Xerox, Eastman Kodak Company, and SUNY Geneseo, complemented by a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from SUNY Geneseo.
