Peter Makohon

Peter Makohon currently serves as the Global Head of Cyber Threat Management and Security Remediation at AIG, where responsibilities include providing strategic direction for anticipating and managing cyber threats. Prior to AIG, Peter held various prominent positions at Wells Fargo from June 1995 to December 2020, culminating as the Chief Cyber Security Strategist and Global Head of Cyber Threat Management, where leadership involved building a world-class cyber threat management team and setting the corporation's cyber defense strategy. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Manager and Cyber Security Practice Leader at Deloitte, where innovative cybersecurity services were developed, as well as a managerial position at Electronic Data Systems overseeing global network engineering. Peter holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from SUNY Geneseo and a high school diploma focused on Mathematics and Computer Science from McQuaid Jesuit.
