Phil Pound

Phil Pound (CERT CII) is an experienced Senior Cyber Underwriter at AIG since December 2022, with prior roles at Pen Underwriting UK as a Cyber Underwriter and Assistant Underwriter from March 2019 to December 2022. Phil began a career in underwriting at HDI Global SE - UK as a Property/Liability Underwriting Technician and previously worked as a Consultant at Hudson, specialising in sourcing IT professionals within the City Financial Markets. Earlier experience includes time spent as an Insurance Technician/Broker at Herts Insurance Brokers, where Phil developed knowledge of various insurance coverages, and a period of travel in Australia. Phil holds a high school education from Brentwood County High School.
