Randy began their legal career as a Legal Advisor at AIG Shared Services Corporation (Philippines) from 2011 to 2013. They earned both a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from Ateneo de Manila University, completing their studies in 1994 and 1990, respectively.
