Ricardo Lenga is the PL Personal Property & Auto Head for Mexico and LAC at AIG, bringing over 20 years of international experience in the insurance and bancassurance market across Latin America. Previously, they held roles such as Insurance Technical Director Latin America and Compliance Insurance Head at Citi, where they successfully led product strategies and compliance initiatives. Ricardo earned an Actuary degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and an MSc & MBA in Insurance & Economics from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Their strong strategic and analytical skills, along with a focus on customer needs, have consistently driven improvements in sales and satisfaction across various organizations.
