Rick Decker

Rick Decker is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and SEC compliance. They began their career at Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Senior Accountant, where they honed their skills in financial statement audits and internal controls. Rick later served as AVP, SEC Reporting Manager at AXA XL, overseeing the preparation and filing of SEC reports and managing accounting policies. Rick's career progressed to roles of increasing responsibility, including current position as Director, US Statutory Controller at AIG. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
