Rick Joers

Rick Joers is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and policy development. Currently serving as Head of Employee Relations at AIG since July 2012, Rick has previously held key positions including Regional Head of Policy and Employment at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where responsibilities encompassed HR policy development for the Americas. Prior to that, Rick was with JPMorgan Chase as VP of Human Resources, overseeing the global project management office for the acquisition of Bear Stearns and managing employee relations for a substantial workforce. Rick's career began at PNC Financial Services Group as VP of Human Resources, focusing on managing HR functions during significant business transitions. Early experience includes a role as Research Manager and Regulatory Liaison at the Bank Administration Institute, specializing in accounting, finance, and compliance. Rick holds a BA in Finance and Accounting from Marquette University.
