Rick Plummer

Rick Plummer is currently the Senior Director of Home Warranty at AIG, where they lead strategic initiatives for product development. Previously, they served as the Senior Director of Home Services at CenterPoint Energy, achieving significant growth in customer enrollments and establishing innovative partnerships across multiple states. With extensive experience in product marketing, Rick held roles at Nicor Gas and Direct Energy, where they successfully drove customer acquisition and launched new product lines. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
