Rita Perez

Rita Perez is an accomplished insurance executive with extensive experience in claims management and legal consultation. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Lines Claims for North America at AIG since April 2022, Rita previously held positions as SVP and AVP at CNA Insurance, where responsibilities included developing strategies for high complexity claims and implementing effective litigation management. At The Hartford, Rita was the Director of Complex Claims, overseeing a team and managing Public Company D&O and Financial Institutions claims. Additionally, Rita worked as a Senior Claims Consultant and Attorney at Bailey Cavalieri LLC and held an associate attorney position at Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. Rita holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Capital University and has further education from The University of Akron.
