Roberta Cavallaro

Roberta Cavallaro has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service sectors. From October 2010 to July 2012, Roberta worked as a Customer Service Associate at Generali Business Solutions, focusing on inbound calls and claims management in the automobile division. Prior to this role, Roberta served as a Marketing Assistant at Padova Fiera from September 2003 to June 2004, where responsibilities included organizing exhibitions and managing exhibitor communications. From September 2014 to June 2017, Roberta advanced to various roles at AIG, including Personal Insurance Major Loss Claim Adjuster and A&H Complex Claim Adjuster, managing complex claims with a focus on coverage determination and legal assessments. Roberta began at AIG as a Claims Assistant, handling administrative functions and participating in several project implementations. Roberta holds a Postgraduated Degree in Economics and Market Policy and a degree in Economics from the Università di Bologna.
