Ronald Parks serves as the Director of Professional Services IT at AIG since September 2020, overseeing global Strategic Sourcing and Category Management for BPO and Outsourced Services. Prior to AIG, Ronald was the Senior IT Director at Business Insight Solutions, LLC, focusing on IT Professional Services, including Business Intelligence and ERP. As President and Co-Founder of Knowledge Solutions, LLC, from 2001 to 2018, Ronald established a successful IT systems integration company that delivered significant ROI through data management and ERP services. Ronald's career began at AT&T, where various roles as IT Director included leading high-profile Business Transformation initiatives and managing substantial IT budgets. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from The College of New Jersey and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
