Roxanne Griffiths is the Deputy General Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa at AIG, having held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Head of Financial Lines and Underwriting Manager. Passionate about challenging conventional thinking, Roxanne has made significant contributions to managing and developing various insurance portfolios. In addition to their current role, Roxanne serves as a Council Member at Insurance Young Guns since 2016. Roxanne earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Intrapreneurial Management and a BCom Honors in Strategic Management from the University of Johannesburg.
