Ryan Thomas is currently the Head of Financial Lines for Asia Pacific at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, a position held since 2024. With extensive experience in the financial sector, Ryan previously served as the Directors & Officers Manager and has held various leadership roles in financial institutions and executive professional lines. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, Ryan worked at Suncorp Group and AIG, developing expertise as a Senior Technical Specialist and Senior Underwriter, among other roles. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University from 1997 to 2002.
