Sanna Zyami possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked in various roles that highlight expertise in both customer service and international account management. Beginning as a Gestionnaire en assistance at Groupe Covéa, Sanna managed client inquiries and insurance claims related to technical incidents. Following this, Sanna served as a Commercial Assistant at KLS PRO, handling direct communication with clients and managing administrative tasks. In the subsequent positions at AXA and WTW, Sanna focused on international partnerships, compliance, and the management of insurance programs for clients across global markets. Currently, Sanna holds the position of Chargée de comptes multinationaux at AIG, where responsibilities include coordinating international programs and managing broker relationships.
