Sila Bendowski

Sila Bendowski is currently the Head of Global Operations Technology Strategy and Execution at AIG, focusing on operational and technology strategy within General Insurance. Previously, Sila held positions as SVP of the Business Process Management Office at Arch Insurance Group and VP of Contract Binding Operations at the same company. With extensive experience in management and a background in software testing, quality assurance, and business process re-engineering, Sila has successfully managed large-scale system integration projects globally. Sila's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in MIS from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi and an MIS degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
