Simon Orrell

Simon Orrell is an experienced Organizational and Enterprise Agile Coach with a comprehensive background in coaching leadership teams and facilitating agile transformations across various sectors. Currently serving as an Organizational Performance Coach at AIG, Simon focuses on refining collaboration models to accelerate delivery processes. With over 18 years of experience, including significant roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and Kohler Co., Simon has specialized in enhancing organizational agility, coaching product management teams, and developing training for agile methodologies. Additionally, contributions as a Scaling SME at Scrum Alliance reflect expertise in scaling agility in complex environments. Simon holds a B.Eng. in Metallurgy from the University of Alberta and a Diploma in Object Oriented Software Technology from the University of Calgary.
