Simon Watts Dms

Simon Watts DMS has extensive experience in security management and military operations, currently serving as General Manager for AIG Travel Asia Pacific and Head of Security for APAC since January 2017, overseeing the security of personnel, assets, and information across the region. Prior to this role, Simon held various senior positions in the Australian Army from June 1995 to January 2017, including Programme Director for the Malaysia - Australia Joint Defence Programme and Head of the Australian Peace Operations Training Centre, as well as serving as a military advisor and commanding officer. Earlier military experience includes a tenure as an Army Officer in the British Army from April 1985 to April 1995. Simon holds multiple degrees, including a Masters of Management from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor of Professional Studies from the University of New England, among other qualifications related to military and organizational leadership.
