Steve Cross

Steve Cross is currently the Head of the Office of Accounting Policy for Property & Casualty at AIG. They previously served as Director of Accounting Advice for the Americas at Swiss Re, where they provided accounting guidance to both Property & Casualty and Life & Health businesses. Prior to that, Cross held various roles, including AVP of Accounting Policy at Nationwide Insurance and AVP of Internal Accounting and Reporting at Sun Life Financial. Their extensive experience also includes a decade at EY as a Senior Manager, focusing on SEC reporting and audits across multiple industries. Cross earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant College.
