Steve Gillen

Steve Gillen is the Global Head of Specialty & Marine Claims at AIG, where they focus on overseeing a diverse portfolio in marine insurance. Steve holds a BS in Finance from Siena College and a Postgraduate Degree in Marine Insurance from the World Maritime University. They have extensive experience in the marine insurance sector, previously serving as Head of Global Marine Claims at Zurich Insurance and President of Chartis Marine Adjusters, Inc. Steve's career began in the family-operated business Henry Gillen's Sons Lighterage, where they managed operations from 1975 to 1989.
