Steve Jones

Steve Jones is an accomplished professional in data science, analytics, and InsurTech with extensive experience across leading organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Data Science & AI and Global Head of Business Insights at AIG since July 2020, Jones has demonstrated expertise in driving data-driven strategies. Previously, Jones held the position of Managing Director - Global InsurTech Client Services Lead at Guy Carpenter and held various managerial roles at Marsh from December 2013 to July 2018, including Managing Director, Head of NA Risk Analytics, focusing on risk financing and data services. Early career experience includes a Senior Manager role at Accenture, where Jones developed skills in process design and project management across telecommunications and financial services. Jones earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech.
