Steven O'Connor

Steven O'Connor has over two decades of extensive experience in the insurance and consulting industries. Currently serving as the Global Head of Fraud & Recovery at AIG since April 2013, Steven has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including International Head of Anti-Fraud, Recovery and Medical Management, as well as Global Head of Claims Transformation. Prior to AIG, Steven worked as a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and served as Operations Manager at Lloyd's of London. Additional experience includes a role as EO Business Practices at QBE and Management Consultant at Deloitte. Steven holds a 2:1 degree in Law & Management from Robert Gordon University, achieved between 1994 and 1998.
