Stijn Thonnon is currently the Environmental Underwriting Lead Europe at AIG, a position they have held since 2021. With extensive experience in environmental liabilities, Stijn served as Manager of Environmental Liabilities in BeNeLux from 2016 to 2021 and previously held various underwriting roles at AIG Europe Limited and Chartis Insurance. Earlier in their career, Stijn worked as a Liability Underwriter at CGU from 1994 to 2003 and pursued the Alois Alzheimer Scholarship Programme at Munich Re from 1999 to 2000.
