Todd J. possesses extensive experience in client relations and claims management across various roles and companies. Beginning a career at American Honda Finance Corporation as a CSR from 1999 to 2001, Todd transitioned to Aon as a Client Rep/Account Support from February 2001 to January 2007. Following that, employment at ComPsych as a Claims Specialist lasted from October 2007 to February 2010. In February 2010, Todd joined The Warranty Group, serving in multiple supervisory roles until February 2011, including Office of the President Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor. Most recently, Todd held two titles at AIG in April 2024, both Quality Assurance Claims Analyst and Quality Assurance Specialist.
