Tom Horn

Tom Horn is a strategic business Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in actuarial and finance roles within the insurance sector. Currently serving as Deputy CFO for North America General Insurance and CFO for Global Specialty at AIG since January 2015, Tom Horn excels in navigating complex international environments. Previous positions at AIG included leadership in analytics and financial planning as well as corporate actuary roles in EMEA. Prior to AIG, Tom Horn worked at KPMG Advisory, where responsibilities included executive advising in reserving, transactions, reporting, and internal audit, along with significant involvement in actuarial transformation projects. Tom Horn holds a Fellowship from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and a degree in Mathematics from Durham University.
