Tom Sviberg

Tom Sviberg is an experienced professional in the fields of marine insurance and finance, currently serving as Reinsurance Manager and Senior Underwriter at Alandia Försäkring Abp since March 2016, and previously held the position of Business Area Manager for Hull & Machinery. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Client Executive at SEB Shipping Finance and as a Marine Underwriter at Alandia Marine. Tom's earlier experience includes underwriting and claims handling at AIG Europe, as well as serving as an analyst at Nordea Corporate Finance. Tom's academic background includes a Law Degree (LL.M.) and an MSc in Economics with a Major in Finance from Stockholm University, complemented by courses in Maritime and Transportation Law and Marine Insurance Law from the same institution.
