Yasuhito Kai is the Japan Controls Lead and Head of the Controls Office at a multinational insurance company, where they enhance first line controls and lead cross-functional initiatives. With over a decade of program management experience, Yasuhito has successfully directed diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve strategic objectives in controls, transformation, and operational excellence. They previously held positions including Japan Head of Technology Risk & Controls at AIG and Deputy Head of IT Security Risk and Compliance at Tata Consultancy Services. Yasuhito earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Old Dominion University and an MBA from Temple University.
