Young Kim

Young Kim is a highly motivated leader with deep expertise in risk management and financial markets. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Governance and Compliance at AIG, they previously held multiple leadership roles at Wells Fargo, including VP Market Risk Officer and VP Enterprise Testing Manager, where they influenced risk management activities and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Kim also worked at MetLife Securities Inc. as Lead Broker Dealer Principal and at BB&T Investments as Trade Review Compliance Officer, contributing significantly to compliance supervision and regulatory assessments. Young is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
