Harry Yip has a diverse range of work experience. Harry started their career at CohnReznick LLP as a Senior Auditor from September 2007 to August 2009. Harry then joined Standard Chartered Bank, where they held various roles including Investment Strategist, Rates Trader, and Business Development Manager from May 2010 to September 2016. During their time at Standard Chartered, they launched the AMEX WorldMiles Card with a 1.5 million client base and authored an Apple patent on retail payments.
In 2016, Harry joined MioTech as a Vice President and Founding Member. Harry played a significant role in growing the AI company to Series A and was responsible for product prototypes, data logic, client management, and securing an SFC Type 1 license. In 2019, Harry transitioned to Aigens as an Advisor and CFO.
Most recently, in December 2019, Harry became the Chief Financial Officer of Dash Living, the leading serviced living community in Asia. Dash Living aims to create a global accommodation community through sharing economies and technology. Harry's current role involves overseeing the financial operations of the company.
Additionally, Harry has co-founded Playmaker Ventures, a U.S.-based venture capital firm that focuses on investing in seed-stage companies in Southeast Asia. This venture was established in June 2022, and Harry serves as the Managing Partner.

Harry Yip completed their education at the USC Marshall School of Business. Harry first obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from 2004 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Accounting from 2006 to 2007. In February 2020, they also obtained a certification in Customer Analytic from Coursera.
