Loïc Arnoux

Loïc Arnoux is currently the Manufacturing Manager at Aigle, where they lead a team of 150 individuals in the production of luxury boots, aiming to enhance production capacity significantly over three years. Prior to their role at Aigle, Loïc held various positions including Production Manager at NEXTEAM GROUP, where they oversaw the manufacturing of aeronautical parts, and Production Manager at CATOIRE-SEMI, managing teams in the creation of tooling for multiple sectors. Loïc also gained experience at Michelin as a methods technician, focusing on the design and programming of pneumatic tooling. They hold an engineering degree in industrial production from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a license in metallurgical engineering from the Institut français de Mécanique avancée.
