Most AI startups are building fast. Shipping fast.
Raising fast.

And almost none of them have thought seriously about
what happens when a regulator, an enterprise client,
or an investor asks: what is your AI governance
framework?

AIGovernX exists to close that gap.

We are an AI governance firm helping AI startups
become launch-safe, risk-aware, and enterprise-ready
— at every stage from first idea through full
regulatory compliance.

We specialise in the fastest-moving AI builders —
founders developing AI agents, open-source AI
products, and vibe-coded applications — who are
also the most governance-exposed.

THE EU AI ACT IS ALREADY IN FORCE.

If any of your users are in the EU, if any of your
enterprise clients operate in the EU, or if you are
planning EU market entry — you are already subject
to it. Most AI startups do not know their risk
classification. We do.

WHAT WE DO

→ AI Governance Health Check — know your full
   exposure in 2 weeks
→ EU AI Act Compliance Sprint — EU-ready in
   6–8 weeks
→ Investor & Enterprise Readiness — stop losing
   deals to governance questions
→ Pre-Launch Safety Review — make your AI product
   safe before it reaches users
→ Fractional AI Governance Officer — ongoing
   governance on retainer

WHO WE WORK WITH

AI startups at every stage — from idea-stage
founders who have not yet written a line of code,
to scaling companies entering regulated sectors
including financial services, healthcare, and
government.

WHY AIGOVERNX

Our team brings 12+ years of program delivery and
AI governance experience across Barclays, Vodafone,
Quick Heal, GroundTruth, and Digika.ai — spanning
financial services, telecommunications,
cybersecurity, and AI-driven product companies.

This is not theoretical governance consulting.

This is practical, production-tested, commercially
grounded AI governance — from people who have
actually done the work.
