Rob O'Callaghan

Rob O'Callaghan is a growth-focused executive leader and consultant with over twenty-five years of experience in consulting, technology, talent management, and recruitment. They held various leadership roles at Rethink Group from 2007 to 2019, culminating as Executive Director, where they demonstrated P&L ownership and customer-focused leadership. Since 2019, Rob is the Founder and Director of MOJA Consulting Limited, providing advisory services to businesses across multiple sectors. Rob also served as Interim CEO at Monarch Recruitment Ltd and held advisory roles in several organizations. They earned a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Wolverhampton and studied Business Management at the University of Bradford.
