David Ehrmann

David Ehrmann has extensive experience in executive coaching and consulting. David started working as an Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting in 2015, where they focused on transforming leaders and their businesses. Prior to that, they were the Principal Consultant at EHRMANN Associates, starting in 1994. In this role, they were responsible for strategic direction, client relationships, and delivering services. David also worked as a Senior Consultant - Associate at Interaction Associates in 1994 and as an Executive Coach at GP Strategies Corporation through Blessing White in 2008. Additionally, they served as an Executive Coach at Karlin Sloan & Company in 2011 and as an Executive Coach at Harvard Business School Executive Education from 2015 to 2020. Throughout their career, David Ehrmann has also been involved in various organizations, including the Boston Facilitator's Roundtable, Congregation Beth Shalom of the Blue Hills, and the Milton Art Museum. David has been an active member of ASTD (now known as ATD) from 1983 to 2012.

David Ehrmann attended Brockton High School. Following their high school education, they enrolled at Boston University with no specified degree or field of study.

In 1971, David transferred to Emerson College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree, graduating cum laude. David'sfield of study at Emerson College was Speech Communication.

From 1973 to 1975, David attended the Hebrew Union College- Jewish Institute of Religion, where they studied Rabbinics. However, no degree is mentioned for this period.

In 2009, David briefly attended Brown & White College of Cartoon Knowledge, specializing in Cartooning and achieving proficiency in this field.
