David Ehrmann has extensive experience in executive coaching and consulting. David started working as an Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting in 2015, where they focused on transforming leaders and their businesses. Prior to that, they were the Principal Consultant at EHRMANN Associates, starting in 1994. In this role, they were responsible for strategic direction, client relationships, and delivering services. David also worked as a Senior Consultant - Associate at Interaction Associates in 1994 and as an Executive Coach at GP Strategies Corporation through Blessing White in 2008. Additionally, they served as an Executive Coach at Karlin Sloan & Company in 2011 and as an Executive Coach at Harvard Business School Executive Education from 2015 to 2020. Throughout their career, David Ehrmann has also been involved in various organizations, including the Boston Facilitator's Roundtable, Congregation Beth Shalom of the Blue Hills, and the Milton Art Museum.
