Jonathan Kirschner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jonathan started their career in 2005 with a clinical externship at John F. Kennedy Behavioral Health, where they provided individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Jonathan also co-led group therapy sessions for patients in the day-treatment program.
In 2006, Jonathan had a clinical externship at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, where they conducted individual psychotherapy with college students. Jonathan also led educational workshops on stress management and date-rape prevention.
From 2007 to 2008, Jonathan worked as a clinical extern at Child Guidance Resource Centers, specializing in child, play, and family therapy. Jonathan utilized a mix of therapeutic interventions, including structural family therapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
In 2008, Jonathan joined The Renfrew Center as a doctoral intern, providing individual and family therapy sessions for adolescent and adult females with eating disorders. Jonathan also led a weekly relapse prevention group.
In 2009, Jonathan started their own business, AIIR Consulting, serving as the Chief Executive Officer. AIIR Consulting is a business psychology consulting firm that specializes in increasing the effectiveness and performance of individuals and organizations. They offer consulting services through face-to-face meetings and their cloud-based platform and telepresence technology. Jonathan continues to serve as CEO at AIIR Consulting.
In 2010, Jonathan formed a strategic partnership with Ei World, a company focused on emotional intelligence research and development. As a strategic partner, they offered emotional intelligence assessments, executive coaching, and team interventions in collaboration with Ei World.
Most recently, in 2022, Jonathan became the Chief Executive Officer at AIIR Analytics, a company that leverages machine learning and AI to provide leadership development solutions.
Throughout their career, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy, emotional intelligence, and business psychology consulting.
Jonathan Kirschner received their B.A. in Psychology and Religion from New York University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Jonathan then went on to pursue a Psy.D. in the Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University from 2005 to 2010.
