Larry Clark

Larry Clark is a learning, development, and talent executive currently serving as the Principal/Owner of Chroma Leadership LLC, where they provide management consulting on talent management and leadership development. Prior to this, Larry was the Managing Director of Global Learning Services at Harvard Business Publishing, overseeing custom learning solutions that drove significant annual revenues. They held executive roles at Comcast and Microsoft, where they implemented high-impact talent development programs and frameworks during periods of corporate transformation. Larry is passionate about promoting high-potential employees and creating opportunities for underrepresented groups, contributing to significant diversification in leadership pipelines across organizations. They are currently pursuing a BS in Business Administration and Communications at Ithaca College.
